Emotional Pain/Trauma

Many people are familiar with physical pain. Physical pain is the body’s way of telling us that something is wrong and that we have to figure out why we are in pain. However, emotions have a great impact on our physical pain and our mental health. Traditional Chinese Medicine that combines acupuncture, tui na, eastern dietary therapy, chinese herbal therapy and qigong is uniquely suited to support the relationship between the body and mind. Depression, anxiety or any kind of emotional stability is our body’s way of telling us that we are unbalanced. Mental and emotional imbalances are often seen with physical pain that can become chronic later in life. Traumatic events can have a long-term impact on not only our mental health but physical being as well. Family Health

Family health encompasses all aspects of women’s health, men’s health and pediatric care. Young children are dependent upon their family and surrounding community for guidance, love, nutrition and support. It is just as important to support the parent (s) as it is to support the children. It seems that children are constantly bombarded with several stressors in their lives that can greatly impact their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Parents are constantly stressed out to take their kids to participate in different activities while also trying to maintain their own health. We use a holistic approach to figure out the best way possible to support a thriving family.
