I am on your team. I am not watching from a distance, I am in the trenches with you to help guide you towards your health goals. It will not happen overnight, as much as we wish it would, but know that I have your back every step of the way. Let’s start your journey to wellness together.

What are the first steps you want to take? I’d love to hear!

How can we become more present within our daily lives? There seems to always be a million things to do and see, but no time to do it. There is an illusion that we sometimes give ourselves that blinds us to what is right there in front of us. The present moment.

The ability for us to be in the present moment plays a huge role in mental wellness. Additionally, it is vital to how I practice in my clinic. When I speak with my patients, it is imperative that I am present with them. No matter what happens, Everybody is different, in what kind of lifestyle that they want to achieve. That is why, being present is so important because you can’t worry about what you could have done better in the past or be daunted by the future. What is important is that you are here now and have chosen me to help you get better. I take that very seriously and will stay with you every step of the way towards your health. No, it doesn’t happen overnight (as much as we wish it to..) but it is a long arduous process that requires patience and compassion towards yourself. Part of that is living as “wisely and earnestly” through every moment. So I am ecstatic to begin the journey towards your wellness and happiness together as a team.
