This is another simple qigong exercises that can help rehab neck pain. These exercises that can be done on work breaks if you are on the computer all day.
Additionally, it can be helpful for those that have thoracic outlet syndrome or any tingling sensation into the hands. These are very useful exercises to help stretch those tight muscles in the neck and alleviate the symptoms.
-Go slow with the movements
-Try to not use the neck muscles, instead feel the rotation coming from the spine. Imagine that your spine is a rod that you are slowly rotating.
